



Hatha Yoga 7 Week Block - early morning
Description
EXISTING STUDENTS ONLY! NOTE: This service is Early Bird Booking for existing students only. Please only book onto this course if you had a place on the April/May 2026 block. On Friday 22nd May any remaining spaces will be made available to everyone and can be reserved online. Weekly 75 minute Hatha Yoga classes, incorporating accessible, playful and invigorating movement, stretching and relaxation. Each class has a different focus and intention; a unique blend of asana (postures/yogic stretching), joint-freeing movement, pranayama (breathing techniques) mindfulness and relaxation. Establishing a fuller, conscious breath throughout the practice deepens the body-mind connection - leaving you feeling ready to meet your day, refreshed and renewed.
