General

I value your time and custom, and in order to deliver the best possible service to my clients I ask that they familiarise themselves with the following terms of business. The policies below ensure things tick along as smoothly and fairly as possible, for all parties involved. 

 

Yoga and reflexology are energy management systems which treat the body holistically. You may wish to consult your healthcare professional before practising yoga or receiving a reflexology treatment if you are working with a specific physical or mental health issue; it is beyond my remit to diagnose illnesses.

Prior to your session, please inform Sarah of any medical conditions, injuries, illnesses or recent surgeries which may be relevant. There is the opportunity to inform Sarah of anything which you feel it would be helpful for her to know on the Booking Form, in person before class, or on the Health Consultation Form. ​

Bookings

One-to-ones

When purchasing private yoga packages, please note the following timescales: 

Pack of 3: to be used within 6 weeks

Pack of 6: to be used within 12 weeks

Pack of 10: by pre-arrangement with Sarah, to be used within 6 months

Gift Cards

Are valid for up to a year after purchase. 

​

Workshops and Retreat Days

Require a minimum of 5 attendees to go ahead. Sarah will contact you as soon as possible if an event needs to be cancelled and full refunds will be offered.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment or private class, your session end time will remain the same to prevent disappointing the clients booked in after you. The full price is still chargeable. 

​

If you arrive late for group yoga, please wait outside the studio until after the opening meditation/settling period so as not to interrupt other students who have already begun their practice (this is usually about 10 minutes). Once you hear movement, that is the signal that it's good to enter.

Rescheduling / Cancellations 

Our time is valuable, and life can take unexpected turns. However, just like any other business mello requires notice for rescheduling or cancellations. 

 

Reflexology Treatments & Private Yoga

Requests to reschedule must be made with at least 48 hours notice. With less than 48 hours notice, a 50% administrative fee will be taken. 

 

Requests to cancel your appointment (if it is not preferable to reschedule) with more than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% administrative fee. ​With less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be taken.

 

Clients who are 'no-shows' will be charged at full price.

Group yoga classes

Once booked, classes are non-refundable. Sarah can send you a class recording if requested.

Workshops

Over 7 days before - you can transfer your funds to another class or event.

If you would prefer to cancel your space and request and refund, a 50% administrative fee will be taken.

Within 7 days - the cost is non-refundable. If you know someone who is able to take your spot you can gift the booking to them and inform Sarah of the new attendee.

Retreat Days

Up to 4 weeks before the retreat start date - a 50% administration fee will be taken

Within 4 weeks of the retreat start date - non-refundable

Yoga on Demand

YOD packages will be delivered to your email once purchased via my website. 

The links in the attached document take you through to a private and unlisted collection of scyoga videos on youtube, where you will need to login (using an email account).

Please note: the links are specifically for you, I kindly ask that you do not share them with others.

In the event that Sarah cancels

Sarah reserves the right to change aspects of an event, and cancel classes, workshops and retreats due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid in full, your session can be rearranged or the funds can be used towards something else, or refunded.
