This is yoga for you and your clan however big or small. Sessions are informal; designed with humour at their heart and adaptable to meet everyone's bodily quirks

What you're getting 

  • A yoga class tailored to what vibe you're after (feel free to blend styles):

    • Rejuvenate: energising Hatha Yoga and qi gong

    • Calm: deep release Yin Yoga (with optional self-massage) 

    • Serenity: ultra relaxing Restorative Yoga with yoga nidra meditation 

  • A friendly, no-pressure approach ​

  • All equipment (if based at mellostudio) (additional nominal cost if based elsewhere)

  • Adaptations to meet all abilities, ages and injuries - beginners are most welcome​​​​

​​Where we'll be

Option 1 - mellostudio

My space is located in the centre of Corsham, Wiltshire and can house up to nine. It's stocked with mats, bolsters, blocks, bricks, straps, eye pillows, blankets, sandbags and aromatherapy oils. There is also the option for outdoor yoga here.

 

Option 2 - your place

If you have a space that you'd like me to come to, the cost of travel to and from that location will be factored into the package
