

Drop-in Class - Hatha Yoga 10.45am
Description
Drop in space for the weekly Hatha yoga practice, incorporating accessible, playful and invigorating movement, stretching and relaxation. Each class has a different focus and intention; a unique blend of asana (postures/yogic stretching), joint-freeing movement, pranayama (breathing techniques) mindfulness and relaxation. Establishing a fuller, conscious breath throughout the practice deepens the body-mind connection - leaving you feeling ready to meet your day, refreshed and renewed. Class sizes are limited - a small, friendly group so that you are given the individual attention you deserve.
