Description

Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the theory that certain areas of the feet correspond to organs and systems within the body. Following a health consultation, the treatment begins with cleansing the feet and massage techniques to warm the tissues up. Pressure is then applied to specific points on the foot; the aim is to treat the body as a whole - enhancing circulation, bolstering the body’s natural ability to maintain balance and promoting deep relaxation. It is a deliciously low key treatment - apart from the feet, the client remains fully clothed and settled in a zero gravity recliner (relieving spinal pressure and creating a sense of weightlessness). Treatments range from express-length maintenance sessions to longer, more restorative treatments: 45 minutes - £45 60 minutes - £55 (with optional foot bath) 75 minutes - £70 (with optional foot bath)
